What I like to do is feature artists, genres, labels and albums.
So take someone like Neil Young. If he releases a new album I would play some of his older stuff, what he did with Crazy Horse, Crosby Stills Nash & Young and play others recording his songs and finally end up playing three songs of the new album and that's how I paint the picture of an artist.

I've got items like my Nashville album of the week, the Trilogy which are three connected songs (songs about Jesus, three Bob Dylan covers by country artists, about horses, about bedrooms) and the SORRY category for artists that fell in between for reasons like folded recordcompanies, untimely death or just vanished.

I never lack ideas but no one has to take my word for it; under certain circumstances I'm always willing to send out a copy of my shows.
